Today, we received a letter from HMRC, informing us that we had won a case with them regarding a PAYE liability dispute. We have decided to share the details with you all!
We managed to convince HMRC to waive 100% PAYE liability.
They also agreed to pay compensation to our client, £70, plus any additional costs (including our fees), as a direct result of their mistake.
